Mission

The mission of the Department of Food Engineering; Qualified and expert food engineers who know the realities of their country and the world and who can make and implement projects in line with these facts, who have the knowledge and skills to design, develop and manufacture production and distribution systems that will benefit humanity by making the best use of food raw materials and transforming them into safe and quality foods, and to train scientists.

 

Vision

To be an internationally recognized education and research institution in the field of food engineering that provides undergraduate and graduate education with an understanding of continuous development, conducts scientific research and ensures that the results are transferred to practice, offers its experience for the benefit of society.
